Blue Motion Games Unveils John Wick: Continental Pursuit Arcade Shooter At Amusement Expo 2026
The trade show portion of Amusement Expo 2026 has just got underway, and two companies are using the first day of the event to unveil their latest, big-name games. As mentioned in the headline, Blue Motion Games have got the first ever arcade video game based on John Wick. Let’s take a look…
John Wick: Continental Pursuit
UPDATE: Here is the press conference & some gameplay, but as we note with location tests, this is all early and subject to changes:
John Wick likely doesn’t need much of an introduction, although if you aren’t familiar with it, here’s the first film’s IMDB listing. The franchise did grace arcades with a Stern Pinball release back in 2024, but Blue Motion Games is now making a proper video light-gun game out of it. This comes in a two seater motion simulator unit, with a moving base, wind effects, 7.1ch surround sound and force feedback guns:
Here is a photo of the guns for the prototype – this is not the color that they will use in the production release. They have some heft to them thanks to the metallic casing, but are slightly different from a real pistol, with an elongated trigger guard.
As the show just started, I have not had the chance to play it and record detailed videos of the machine in action; however, there is this quick one, and longer clips will still be posted soon, along with additional details.
We do also have a press release to share, which announces that this will first appear at Dave & Busters nationwide, starting on May 11th. Note that the game will also be made available in “Canada, Europe, Middle East, and South America” in the coming months, though it will be exclusive to D&B in the United States throughout the Summer. There is additionally a press conference taking place at Amusement Expo, which I will be recording and sharing later.
